1.3 - Options for how d-pad left/right should act

I have added two alternative ways for how d-pad left/right acts when reading. It can now be used to:

• Jump between start, end, and current position (this is what it did before)
• Scroll one page up or down (screen height minus font height)
• Do nothing

You can set which of these three you want in the System Menu.
